I’m a recent graduate in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge (High Upper Second-Class Honours, BA), with a scholarship to study for the MA in Bioethics at New York University’s School of Global Public Health. I am passionate about using clear, compelling, practical philosophy to do good in the world, through individual and institutional attitude-change on matters of great consequence to many people’s lives, today and for generations to come. I offer university entrance tutoring for students forming competitive applications to institutions like the University of Oxford and University of Cambridge.
I offer support for Oxbridge and other university applicants in personal statement writing, interview preparation, assessment preparation, and academic writing. Where applicable, I will assist with A-level study and examination to help bring students’ work to the next academic level and strengthen their university application. I also tutor core and some additional GCSE subjects.
My hourly rate will likely be determined by my tutoring agency. I am currently applying to agencies, and will link them here as soon as I have fully established myself with one. Until then, rates can be agreed upon with individual clients. I am willing to offer a reduced rate for merited students from lower-income backgrounds.
